REGISTER? DE-REGISTER?

If you have earned more than £85,000* during any 12 month period than you must register for VAT, from the date you exceed this limit you have 30 days to register with HMRC VAT (online).

De-registering for VAT can happen in any 12 month period if you fall below £83,000* and you expect to stay below that figure for a further 12 month period.
